Investigation Report

Team One: David, Michele Team Two: Kevin, Kimber Base: Laurie, Ed New Cemetery Section across road- Front Left- Both Kimber and Michele felt the presence of a young man at the tombstone of a young man. They both said he was curious as to why they were there. Michele saw a shadow move down by the dog kennel. The battery in David’s camera died. Back Left- Kimber felt a pressing sensation on the sides of her head.  As they left the area, the feeling intensified.  Kimber & Kevin smelled an odor similar to that of a child’s inflatable pool- a "plastic smell”. Front Center- Kimber & Kevin smell the plastic smell again.  A group of people that had joined them also reported smelling the odor. Old Section- Front Right- Michele heard footsteps.  Team 1 reported smelling a “grape smell” similar to “grape wine”. Team 1 smelled a “baby powder” and a “dog poop” smell. Also smelled and odor that was a combination of “formaldehyde and hay” Front Left- Jeremy and Michele saw a figure in the field. They also smelled "something sour and horse manure". Back Right- Michele saw a blur move. Front to middle right- Laurie saw a movement near woods- “a flash of white”.  As Ed was taking pictures and getting meter readings in the area, Laurie heard a low woman’s voice singing.  Jeremy saw a white flash of light about head high.  David took a picture in the direction and captured a large white orb in motion.

Historic Ghost Watch and Investigation Old Roswell Cemetery May 14, 2005 Team One: David, Michele Team Two: Kevin, Kimber Base: Laurie, Ed Time of Event Phenomena Witnessed Location 9:15pm Investigation Begins Front Center 9:25pm Team 2: Kimber senses a presence at the plot of a young man. The area is very well kept with bird feeders and wind chimes in the tree. New Cemetery on other side of road. Front Left 9:27pm Team 2: Kimber feels that the presence has left. She felt like the young man knew we were there and was curious. New Cemetery on other side of road. 9:35pm Team 1: Team returns to base for new flashlight. Front Center 9:40pm Team 1: Michele hears "footsteps" in the "Scottish section" Front Right 9:42pm Team 1: Team reports smelling "a grape smell". Front Right 9:50pm Team 2: Kevin was drawn to an open area. Kimber felt dizzy and a feeling like "pressing on the sides of her head". As the team left the area the feeling got worse. Team reported smelling a strong "plastic smell, like an inflatable pool" in this area. Shortly after leaving the area Kimbers feelings of pressure were gone. New Cemetery on other side of road. Back Left 9:50pm Team 1: LIVE couple walks through old section of the cemetery. Front Center 9:58pm Team 2: 6 or 7 people enter new cemetery. They are walking through and taking pictures. Team introduced themselves to the group and found they were a group of teenagers "looking for ghosts". New Cemetery on other side of road. Front Right 10:05pm Team 2: Team reports "sweet plastic" smell again. Group of teens smell it also. New Cemetery on other side of road. Front Center 10:20pm Team 1: Michele sees a "blur". Back Right by new section. 10:25pm Team 1: Team reports a "baby powder" smell, Michele also smells "dog poop". Front Right 11:00pm Team 1: Michele senses a presence by the plot of the young man. She feels that he is still hanging around. New Cemetery on other side of road. Front Left 11:02pm Team 1: David’s battery in his camera died. New Cemetery on other side of road. Front Left 11:05pm Team 1: Michele sees a "shadow" move up behind the dog kennel. Team reported that the dogs stopped barking. New Cemetery on other side of road. 12:03am Base: Laurie saw movement in the corner of cemetery. Ed moved into the location to take meter readings and get some pictures. Front to Middle Right 12:10am Base: Laurie heard low woman’s voice singing. She reported that the sound came roughly from the area of the reported movement. Middle Center 12:23am Team 1: Team reports the smell of hay or formaldehyde,"it smells a little like both". Front Right 12:30am Team 1: Jeremy saw a white flash of light about head high. David immediately took a picture in the direction and captured a large white orb in motion. Front Center Looking towards the woods at right. 12:55am Team 1: Jeremy and Michele saw a figure in the field. They also smelled "something sour and horse manure". Front Left Looking into the woods. 1:10am Investigation Ends Front Center
